Advocacy services

We offer many patient advocacy services - see the Patient Assistance Center page for details.  We can help you or your family member find patient assistance programs through the state and through drug companies - we all want you to be healthy, call or email to make an appointment.


Donations and advertising

We are very active in the community and donate cash or items for auction to sports teams, school events, church events, Chelsea Community Hospital, Educational Foundation of Dexter, Pride and Honor Flights, Boy Scouts and many other organizations.

Electronic prescriptions

Why is my prescription that my physician sent electronically not ready when I get to the store?

  • eScripts go through a stringent verification process that is highly dependent on when the prescription is transmitted and how quickly it gets through firewalls and authenticity checks.


Insurance accepted

We accept hundreds of insurance plans including AdvancePCS, Aetna, Anthem, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Caremark, Consumer's Choice, Express Scripts, Humana, Medco, Medicaid, MedImpact, PAID Prescriptions, Pharmacy Network Administrators, Prescription solutions, SXC Health Solutions, Washtenaw Health Plan and many more.


We also process Workers Compensation claims.

Interview hints:

  • We have a dress code and we highly recommend coming to your interview dressed for work (casual/business casual, no shorts or jeans).  We don’t allow gum-chewing, so please throw your gum out before you arrive for your interview.
  • We operate in a heavily regulated environment (DEA, Liquor Control Commission, Department of Agriculture, third party payers plus others) and we take our work very seriously.  We pride ourselves on our accuracy and professionalism and it’s important to all of us that we enjoy our time at work.  We  expect everyone to work as part of the team so that we can maintain accuracy and professionalism AND enjoy our work.

You may order refills online by clicking on the link on our homepage or the link at the bottom of each page of this website.


You may also call 734-426-1600, 24-hours a day and leave your order with one of our Pharmacy staff (during business hours) or on our messaging system after-hours.


Please do not email us your refill information as we cannot ensure the privacy of information sent via email.


Over-the-counter (OTC) meds and Flex Spending (FSA)

OTC medication can be purchased with an FSA card but you must obtain a prescription from your doctor before we can accept your FSA card for payment.

Payment methods

We accept cash, checks, Debit cards, Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover cards.


Store hours

We are open Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm, except on designated holidays.


Holiday hours will be posted in-store, on our online calendar or you can call 734-426-1600 to find out what our holiday hours are.


Unused medicine

We participate in the WASHTENAW COUNTY MEDICINE TAKE BACK PROGRAM so we can accept your unused and expired drugs during normal business hours.  We cannot accept any controlled substances.  You can learn more about the program at
